K&M fabricated and machined this base and gantry for a CNC router. K&M’s use of precision CNC vertical gantry machines assures that the guide rails and mounting surfaces are machined to the required tolerances the first time. 100% inspection with a FARO Laser Tracker is performed by K&M to document the geometry of the machine prior to shipment to the CNC router manufacturer. The precision delivered by K&M reduces the assembly time required by the machine builder to achieve the final machine accuracy.
